Hilarious, Easy to Read and Correct

Hilarious is the first reason I loved this little treasure, but it actually does give a great, detailed synopsis of the book. I was supposed to read the book that a friend loaned me but I just didn't have time to complete it before we were to meet and discuss it in detail. I frantically searched for something to help me out like I'd used in college to help me understand Shakespeare then low and behold, I came across this Gem that I could download immediately onto my Kindle.
I read the BookHacker Summary that night, met with my friend the next day and was able to talk about all the highpoints and characters as though I'd memorized the book...my friend was impressed because she couldn't even remember the names of all the important characters and important scenes.
The book was so informative and right on point (and did I mention HILARIOUS) that I decided to read every classic I'd missed reading over the years as A BookHacker Summary but alas, there are few...I was so disappointed! So my only criticism is that there are so few available : )

Mad about Jane

I am reading this book for a college course and just wanted some clarity: ahhh, if only I had these notes available for The Red Badge of Courage back in 8th Grade! The only thing depressing thing is that the ending for Jane Eyre is again, not modern, given its loose ends being tied up into a cute knot, unlike The Grapes of Wrath, or the play, Night Mother. I was hoping for the female equivalent of Albert Camus or Flannery O' Connor's thematic antecedent. I am grateful for a good, well spun tale in spite of its Dickensian finish. These notes are The Bomb, and the writer has a good sense of humor, making it even more fun! Thanks!

This book has all the elements that it claims to have. However, it is told from a snarky point of view and contains gratuitous, obscene language that is unnecessary to help in understanding the original story. Disappointed.
