If you are a weekend warrior or a professional athlete or just want to be a functional human being and workout to be stronger faster and last longer, this is the book for you. It is so easy to leave the basics and get into a routine that is not the optimal positioning and this book help me find my weakness and work it out. This book changed my workout and my entire mindset about fitness. After reading the book I jumped into learning and gleaning more insight from like minded people. MWOD is a great tool that Kelly created if you want to learn more after this book.
